The Master Control Valve provides a reset function when pushed in to retract all the EV Distributor Valves to the closed position. As with any system, the operator must be aware of what commodity is in each compartment while following correct operational and safety procedures.
,This EV Control Panel from Betts is designed for 4 Compartment tanks. It combines the Master Control Valve with a bank of EV Distributor Valves to provide a ?plug and play? assembly. Also, it features a Pressure Gauge, Indicator Wink, and a Master Control Valve. Additionally, the valve blocks and panel are made from lightweight anodized aluminum that resists corrosion and has Buna-N seals.

The Betts? EV Control Panel can be used to manage the operation of pneumatic components such as Vapor Valves and Internal Self-closing Stop Valves. The EV Control Panel combines the Master Control Valve (see AD22MC) with a bank of EV Distributor Valves (see VD22V) to provide a ?plug and play? assembly. This style also includes a Pressure Gauge and Indicator Wink to provide a visual indication of panel pressure as well as verification of air pressure return from the Vapor Valves. An Emergency Shutdown Valve (see ES22PP) is offered separately and can be installed as needed to complete the pneumatic control system.
The valve blocks and panel are lightweight anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance and dependability.
