The Betts Guardian RVPL3AT-35 is a 3-inch ANSI Flange-connection pressure relief valve for a 35 psig MAWP cargo tank, with PTFE seals and a 316 stainless steel body with an ECTFE (Halar) coating.
The Betts Guardian RVPL3AT-35 Pressure Valve is a spring-loaded, reclosing pressure relief device for a cargo tank's primary pressure relief system, designed, tested, and marked in accordance with 49CFR 178.345-10, 178.347-4, and 178.348-4. It features a compact, optimized flow design in 316 stainless steel with PTFE seals and wear components, a safety stop screw to help prevent accidental unthreading of the housing, and seal tabs on the shroud for added security. The ANSI Flange connection is sized at 3 inches with an ECTFE (Halar) coating, and the valve is rated for a 35 psig MAWP tank. Simple in-place maintenance is supported.
