Short Description:
The BTI 4-692-822531 is a 4-inch sanitary Butterfly Valve, which is well-suited for chemical and food safe applications. Its body is made from ductile iron and has a Lug Schedule 80 design that accomodates ANSI/ASME 125 & 150 flanges. Furthermore, it has a 255 stainless steel disc stem, which resists corrosion better than 316 stainless steel and has greater strength, and a white nitrile seat.
Additionally, these sanitary Butterfly Vales feature BTI's totally encapsulated system. BTI extends the PTFE lining from the seat through the stem, creating a leak proof seal that protects against contamination.
