The BTI 6-699-822650 is a 6-inch sanitary Butterfly Valve, which is well-suited for chemical and food safe applications. Its body is made from ductile iron and has a Wafer Schedule 80 design that accomodates TTMA, ANSI/ASME 125 & 150, and lightweight flanges. Furthermore, it has a 255 stainless steel disc stem, which resists corrosion better than 316 stainless steel and has greater strength, and a PTFE/EPDM seat.

Additionally, these sanitary Butterfly Vales feature BTI's totally encapsulated system. BTI extends the PTFE lining from the seat through the stem, creating a leak proof seal that protects against contamination.
