Chandler builds the Gladiator line as its own brand of valves and fittings out of Springdale, Arkansas, and the 1037 series brass ball valve is the one operators reach for when they need a straightforward, durable quarter-turn shutoff. This 3" version threads female NPT on both ends, so it drops into an existing run without adapters.

The full-port design is the reason this valve gets specified over a standard-port equivalent. The bore matches the nominal pipe size, so flow passes through with minimal restriction — which matters on suction and discharge lines where every inch of vacuum or head loss shows up in load time. The two-piece body holds up to repeated cycling, PTFE seats give a clean shutoff and stand up to a wide range of media, and the blow-out proof stem is a safety feature that keeps the stem captive under pressure rather than letting it back out of the body.

Chandler rates the 2-1/2" through 4" sizes at 400 PSI WOG, with an operating temperature range of 0°F to 400°F. The valve carries CSA certification and is listed under UL guides YQNZ, YRBX, YRPV, and YSDT. Note that Chandler's FM approval on this series covers the 1/4" through 2" sizes only, so this 3" valve is CSA and UL listed but not FM approved.
