The Civacon 5-345-001700 is a 5 inch aluminum butterfly valve from the 345 series, featuring a nodular iron disc, stainless steel stem, and black nitrile seat. Designed for 45 psi transportation applications, this lightweight valve minimizes flow restriction through one of the thinnest disc designs and largest openings available. The lug style bolt pattern design allows for easy installation on tank trailers, and the valve is compatible with a common handle that fits 2 inch through 6 inch sizes. The 345 series offers interchangeable seats with Civacon 500 series valves and can replace the 340, 500, and 890 series valves.
