The Dixon DX60 Series Hygienic Tanker Valve is the cutting edge of sanitary tank trailer equipment. It features a 5-millimeter-thick valve housing, an Easy-Lock plunger that requires no external locking devices to keep open, and a standardized bonnet design that allows operators to quickly remove the assembly. However, its most innovative design is a patent-pending closure system that eliminates the pinch point between the handle and bonnet, making these valves significantly safer than the competition. This specific DX60 model features a 3-inch valve, flange and male threaded bevel connections, a FKM seal, an aluminum cover, and is manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel. Also, it's approved for Clean in Place (CIP).
