The Blackmer 898922 maintenance kit replaces the main wear parts in 4-inch TLGLF4B, LGLD4B, and LGL4B LPG sliding vane pumps.
Built for scheduled service on Blackmer’s 4-inch LPG pumps, the 898922 kit covers the TLGLF4B truck pump and the LGLD4B and LGL4B models. It includes six Duravane vanes and two complete mechanical seal assemblies, each with a hardened steel stationary seat, carbon seal face, and Buna-N O-rings. Two ball bearings with lockwashers, push rods, and grease seals are also included. Bearing cover gaskets, head O-rings, a relief valve spring and O-rings, and a shaft key complete the kit. Vanes can be replaced without removing the pump from the piping system.
