Paragon built the P40 for one job: getting product off a liquid bulk trailer quickly. It is a high-performance piston compressor that delivers about 30% more air than typical piston compressors of the same size, so tank pressure builds fast and the offload finishes sooner. Heavy-duty construction keeps it quiet under load, and the narrow case makes mounting inside frame rails a straightforward install rather than a fabrication project.

Paragon rates the P40 for continuous operation at 1350 RPM, where it produces roughly 30 CFM and supports up to 105 GPM of potential liquid flow at 25 PSI. Maximum operating pressure is 40 PSI, and horsepower draw at the recommended speed runs 4.6 to 5.0 depending on discharge pressure. Drive options cover a 1100 series or 1310 series flange for PTO drive, or a hydraulic drive coupling, so the compressor adapts to the drive system already on the truck.

The unit is available with a complete accessory package for chemical offload — relief valve, check valve, delivery pipework, mounting bracket, hot air hose, and the drive flange or hydraulic drive option. Maintenance is minimal: check the oil level daily against the sight glass, inspect hoses and mounting weekly, and change the oil and air filter element every six months.
