The Roper 3211CPTHBF-1 Rockworx pump is a patent-pending positive displacement pump. It has a maximum flow rate of 55 GPM at a rate of 11 gallons per 100 revolutions displacement. Designed for handling viscous fluids containing solids up to 3/8 inches diameter, this model features wing-style lobes with cast iron construction, tungsten carbide bushings for superior durability. It also includes a packing backup and a triple lip seal for reliable performance. The pump includes an outboard ball bearing for protection against radial and thrust loads, with flanged ports for secure connections.  This Rockworx model handles challenging applications including mastic, asphalts, and abrasive fluids with a lower-shear flow compared to traditional gear pumps.
